At Oasis City all of the Speaking and CTY Creative team members prioritize serving and committed attendance at our home church. We also feel like God has called us to encourage the greater body of Christ with our gifts and talents and ministries. This Ministry Request Form is used by Oasis City for the purpose of coordinating ministry teams and schedules. Submission of this form is only a request and DOES NOT CONFIRM the participation of the requested team or team member in said event. Correct information is required to process this request and some added follow up information may be required.
